Have you budgeted for hosting and maintenance of the site?

How large to you expect your user base to be (used to estimate bandwidth)?

Do you have color palette and font requirements/preferences?

2 to 3 “competitors” web sites (name and address) that you like, this will help us determine the look you prefer:

Do you have corporate identity guidelines that must be followed?

How should the site “feel” and what should it communicate to the visitor about your company?

Mission statement or summary of project:

Do you have any existing identity/branding such as logo, artwork, and fonts?

Who is your audience?

How technically savvy is your expected audience? High-speed connections / dial-up AND/OR other

Where will content come from?

Who will edit, maintain & update content?

How often will you add new content to your site?

Will your site have any download requirements, such as: software / PDF's  / images / audio / video / other

Which internet features do you require/desire?

Do you require commerce setup?

How many products will you be selling online?

Who will be entering product data?

Will you include product photographs, and if so, will you need help in creating the photographs or optimizing them for web?

How will transactions be managed?

Do you already have an Internet merchant account?

Who will update the above features?

Are there extraordinary security issues, such as credit card databases, address databases, etc.?

Do you desire any animated or interactive elements?
